Who I Am
Education, experience, political journey and social involvement — the story behind the work.
Bipin Biswas is a learner, thinker, writer and speaker from Western Nepal. His formal education is in Political Science, along with Master’s-level study in Information Technology.
He considers himself an ordinary person with a curious mind. He likes to ask questions, look at things from different perspectives, and understand why people and society work the way they do. For him, learning is a continuous process shaped by study, experience, observation and reflection.
His interests include society, politics, education, human behaviour, governance and technology. He is particularly interested in how the changing digital world is shaping the way people learn, communicate, think and participate in public life. Much of his learning comes not only from formal education, but also from books, conversations, observation and everyday experiences.
He believes that a better society requires more than ambition or good intentions. It requires knowledge, judgement, patience, empathy and responsible citizens. This belief shapes his interest in public life- not simply as a pursuit of position, but as an opportunity to learn, participate and contribute.Born in Wami Maidan and raised around Dalka Apachur Wami Gulmi in western Nepal, his experiences continue to shape the way he understands society and public life.
He is still learning, still asking questions and still trying to understand things a little better. An ordinary person, trying to think beyond the ordinary.
